When you submit the consultation form we collect your name, work email, company, country, the service you're interested in, your project description and preferred contact method.
How we use it
Only to respond to your enquiry, discuss potential work and keep records of our communication. We do not sell your information.
Legal basis
Your consent, given when you submit the form, and our legitimate interest in responding to business enquiries.
How it is stored
Enquiries are stored in a private database that is not publicly accessible. To limit abuse we keep a one-way hashed form of your IP address, not the address itself.
Retention
Enquiry information is kept only as long as needed for the purposes above, after which it is deleted.
Your rights
You may ask to access, correct or delete your personal information, or withdraw consent at any time by emailing hello@stratus.africa.
Third parties
We may use trusted service providers (for example email or hosting) to process enquiries on our behalf, under appropriate safeguards.
